During a 1:1 session, I will use breath and sound to guide you into a state of deep relaxation regulating the nervous system. When the body feels relaxed and safe it allows healing to occur. I use hands-on bodywork to de-armor, help move stagnant energy, remove blockages, and bring suppressed emotions to the surface.
Using the breath as a regulating anchor throughout, this deep, in-the-body healing modality can clear emotions such as sadness, grief, anger, and shame which many of us have suppressed since early childhood. When we suppress emotions they fester and eventually cause illness or disease.
When we allow these emotions to be expressed, we can release them, welcoming in lightness and spaciousness.
